How does the free preview work?
Tell us your business name, phone and address and pick a template (or tell us your industry). We build a working preview with your details and send you a link. You only pay if you want to keep it.
How long does it take?
Your preview is usually ready within 2 business days. After you approve it, going live takes about 5 to 7 business days, or 5 days with the Rush add-on.
Do I own my website, domain and content?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and your text, photos and logo are yours. If you ever leave, we hand over your files.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, address, phone, hours, a list of services, and a logo and photos if you have them. No photos? We can use licensed stock photos or video that suit your business.
Can I change the template or colors?
Yes. Names, colors, text, photos and services are all customizable. Try it yourself in the live customizer on the templates page.
What if you do not have my industry?
We build new templates for new industries. Tell us what you do and we will make a preview for it.
Will people find me on Google?
Every site has clean titles, fast loading and mobile-friendly design. Growth and Premium also include Local SEO basics and Google Business Profile setup so you show up on the map.
What does the monthly care plan cover?
Hosting, SSL, backups, security and software updates, uptime monitoring and small edits like new hours or prices. Higher plans include more edits and a monthly report.
Can I cancel the care plan?
Yes, any time. Your site files are yours; if you cancel we'll help you move your site to another host.
Do you do online booking or ordering?
We connect your site to the booking, ordering or payment tool you already use (for example Square, Calendly, Toast or Stripe links). Growth and Premium include this.
Is my site secure and fast?
Yes. Sites run on fast hosting with SSL (the padlock), daily backups and updates handled for you.
What if I want changes after launch?
Small edits are included in your care plan. Bigger changes, like new pages, are quoted at the add-on prices.
