1. What we provide
We design, build and launch websites for local businesses, and offer an optional monthly care plan (hosting, security, backups and small edits). Your quote or chosen plan describes exactly what is included.
2. Free preview
The preview is free and carries no obligation. You pay nothing unless you approve it and choose to continue.
3. Payment
- The build price is paid in two halves: 50% when you approve your preview and we start the final build, and 50% when your site goes live.
- The monthly care plan starts at launch and is billed monthly.
- Domain names and third-party services (for example booking or payment tools) are paid by you directly to the provider.
4. Revisions
Your plan includes a set number of revision rounds on the preview. Extra changes or new pages are quoted at the add-on prices.
5. Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of your business name, logo, text and photos that you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Your domain is registered in your name. Once the build is paid in full, you own the final website files we create for you.
6. Stock media
Where you do not supply photos or video, we may use licensed stock media. Stock media remains under its own license (for example the Pexels license) and may be used only on your site.
7. Care plan and cancellation
You can cancel the care plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. If you cancel, we will provide your site files so you can host elsewhere.
8. Timelines
Timelines on our website are estimates and depend on you providing the content we request promptly.
9. Liability
We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee particular search rankings, sales or results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will update the date above. Your signed quote or plan governs your project.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
